Banana Bread Paleo Muffins

Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup @dsnaturals Fluffbutter
- 4 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 2 scoops of Quest Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- dark chocolate (optional)

Directions
- Preheat
- Mix mashed bananas, eggs, coconut oil, vanilla extract and nut butter
- Add coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder to wet ingredients and mix.
- Fold in chocolate chunks.
- Pour batter into Pam sprayed muffin tin evenly
- Bake for 20 min and check with toothpick
- Allow to cool and remove from tin
